For many years I have been teaching creativity at the KaosPilots. In 2012 I did teach team 19 in Aarhus and I also thought creativity at the new KaosPilot School in Switzerland. Its a great joy to work with the KaosPilots. We discover together what creativity is, how we can foster creativity individually and togheter and what it takes to cultivate creativity over time. We also put focus on what they have on their agenda that needs creative energy, a challenge, a project, something that could make a difference. Its is great to see how they impliment and integrate creativity in their work. Thanks for the willingness to learn and unlearn and create!
